why telli?

we are building AI voice agents that change the way businesses communicate with their customers. Voice is the most natural way humans communicate. However, high-quality voice interactions have historically struggled to scale. Businesses have had to rely on clunky user interfaces and complex contact centers - compromising on customer experience.

with AI voice agents, businesses can suddenly scale high-quality voice interactions. However, the technology alone isn't enough. At telli, we believe businesses need a simple, tailored tool that helps them bring their customer communication channels to a new AI-first era.

we were part of the Y Combinator Fall '24 batch and are building a small but high-performing team right in the heart of Berlin.

about the role

we’re looking for driven product-minded software engineer with super high agency!

• work closely with our customers, understand their problems, and come up with killer product features
• build scalable backend infrastructure to handle thousands of AI phone calls a day
• design intuitive customer experiences for our non-technical customers
