Referral bonus

Refer someone great, get €10,000

Send us people you'd want to work with. If we hire them full-time based on your intro, we'll pay you €10,000.

If we'd like to talk to the person you refer, we'll reach out to you first to ask for a warm intro.

The fine print

  • Bonus applies only to full-time hires. Freelance, contract, temporary, and internship roles are not eligible.
  • Bonus only applies if we are not already in contact with the person and you made a warm intro to us.
  • Payout structure: 50% on the hire's start date, 50% after they complete their probation period.
  • This program is voluntary and offered at telli's sole discretion. It is not a contractual entitlement and is not legally binding. telli may modify or discontinue it at any time.
